By registering on the LandsharkShirts.com web site (the "Service"), a service of Landshark LLC, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use").

Basic Terms
  1. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
  2. You must register an address within USA.
  3. You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
  4. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name, password or account.
  5. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.
  6. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other LandsharkShirts users or use any information obtained from the Service in order to do so.
  7. You may not use the LandsharkShirts.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all local laws (including but not limited to those relating to copyright and other intellectual property rights) that may be applicable to you regarding online conduct
  8. You must not modify, adapt or hack LandsharkShirts.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with LandsharkShirts.com

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your LandsharkShirts.com account.

We will try our hardest to ship a shirt to every single subscriber every month. We make no guarantee that we will do so at a monthly interval. The interval at which a subscriber receives shirts depends on the amount of shirts LandsharkShirts.com has acquired, which is subject to frequent change.

General Conditions
  1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the LandsharkShirts.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  3. You can use the basic features of the Service free of charge. However, you accept that you will have to pay for any and all network data charges (including but not limited to your Internet access charges) that may be incurred when you use the Service.
  4. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the United States and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. courts.
  5. If any of the provisions of these Terms of Use are declared void or unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the initial intent of these Terms and Conditions, so that these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

1. The Service is made available to you for your convenience on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LandsharkShirts does not warrant or make any representations or warranties (including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, reliability or non-infringement) regarding the use or the results of the use or the contents of the Service. You understand that the Service is still a beta version and may not perform with complete functionality, may be undergoing testing, may be inconsistently available, may have software "bugs" and may have other issues affecting availability and functionality. In addition to all other disclaimers and limitations of liability contained in these Terms of Use, you specifically agree that LandsharkShirts is not liable for any of the above issues. Moreover, you understand that LandsharkShirts does not warrant or represent that the Service will work on all mobile phones, will be compatible with all mobile phone networks and/or will be available in all geographical areas.
2. LandsharkShirts shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or the results or the contents thereof, to the greatest extent permitted by law.
3. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, or have any other disputes or claims with or against LandsharkShirts with respect to the Service or these Terms of Use, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

Modification of these Terms of Use

You understand that we are continuously developing the features and the functionality of the Service. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time in our sole discretion. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via Internet mail. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment. Your sole remedy should you not agree with the altered Terms of Use shall be to close your account and to cease using the Service.
